I have trained in muay thai for 3 yrs now, but I am no longer at any paticular gym.
I started kinda like a fight club in my barn. We meet 3 nights a week for approx. 1.5 hrs.
We do 1/2 hr warm up, then drills, and a few rounds of sparring.
Problem is, I am feeling very stale. if anyone has some great drills, or anything they think is a great conditioning drill, PLEASE let me know.
