I started Muay Thai about a year and a half ago, when I was 24.
I'd like to increase my flexibility, and am looking at various ways to do so. I perform various stretches regularly, but don't seem to be making as much progress with it as I'd like. I've looked briefly at a few things, such as yoga, Tae Kwon Do (which I understand puts a heavy emphasis on flexibility), and even those rack contraptions advertised in Martial Arts magazines, but I'd really appreciate any advice people have to offer.
Could anybody offer any tips on how I might improve in this area? What's the likelihood of my regaining anywhere near the sort of flexibility and suppleness I had in my childhood/early teens?
